Industrial problem

Information about physical assets is often distributed across SCADA systems, BIM/IFC models, technical documentation and maintenance systems. This fragmentation makes it difficult to integrate different information sources to support operational and maintenance decisions, while maintaining traceability of the data and criteria used.

Value proposition

QORUM is a decision intelligence platform for physical assets that integrates industrial data, semantic knowledge, and analytical and probabilistic models to support reliability assessment, maintenance planning, and traceable, explainable operational decision-making. Its architecture is designed to complement existing CMMS solutions.

Three-layer architecture

Three documented architectural components. They describe the platform's architecture; they do not establish its operational deployment.

From data to decision

Five steps, each carried by one layer. A reviewed architectural synthesis, not a description of operations.

  1. QSYNAPSE · Data Foundation & Knowledge Graph

Ingest asset, BIM/IFC, SCADA and industrial data into a layered data lake.

  2. QSYNAPSE · Data Foundation & Knowledge Graph

Structure it as a knowledge graph, queried with SPARQL and validated with SHACL.

  3. QORTEX · Algorithmic Intelligence

Analyse it with reliability and probabilistic models.

  4. QORTEX · Algorithmic Intelligence

Recommend maintenance and operational plans, with traceability and explanation.

  5. QSENSUS · Perception & User Interface

Act through dashboards, 3D/BIM views and work-order management.
